Subvert is a text-based series that presents an immersive and branching narrative comprising four distinct storylines shaped by the consequences of the player's choices.

In Season One, players step into the shoes of Sam, a member of an advanced species called the Ibrida. Sam has been brought up in a totalitarian regime governed by the scriptures of The Hierarch Grays. However, as Sam begins to question the teachings enforced by the Hierarchs, they find themselves in conflict with the very system that nurtured them. In search of truth, Sam develops SID, an artificial intelligence designed to probe beyond the confines of their world. Yet, as Sam soon realizes, the pursuit of knowledge comes with its perils. Will Sam be willing to risk everything for truth, or will they uncover a greater purpose? Only the choices made throughout the journey will determine the outcome.
